What the Calculator Measures

Manual MTC management has five distinct cost buckets. Most operations only track the first one — and undercount even that.

Labor Cost

The direct cost of processing each certificate: receiving the PDF, extracting heat number, grade, chemical composition, and mechanical properties; cross-referencing against the purchase order; filing the document; and linking it to the incoming material record. The Calculation Most Companies Miss
